✅ Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns apply to non-electronic items only. Electronics and installed accessories are non-returnable unless defective.

🔁 Exchange Policy
If the item is defective or damaged on delivery, we will offer an exchange for the same item or a similar one of equal value (subject to availability).
💰 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days via mobile money (M-Pesa) or the original payment method.

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
