Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns apply to non-electronic items only. Electronics and installed accessories are non-returnable unless defective.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical or electronic items once used or installed

  • Custom-fit accessories or special orders

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation


🔁 Exchange Policy

If the item is defective or damaged on delivery, we will offer an exchange for the same item or a similar one of equal value (subject to availability).


💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days via mobile money (M-Pesa) or the original payment method.

  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
